LEWISTON — Germaine A. Doyon, 78, beloved wife and mother died Wednesday, July 3, with her family by her side.

She was born Oct. 6, 1934, the daughter of Edmond and Antoinette (Leveille) Bergeron. She married Albert Doyon on April 21, 1956. She had the voice of an angel when she sang in church.

She is survived by her children, Stella Doyon, Linda Sanborn and her husband, Dennis, Raymond Doyon and his wife, Michelle, Rita Doyon-Cone and Joan Doyon; her grandchildren, Jennifer Byram, Timothy Price, Donald Hamel II, Craig Hamel, Albert Cone and Christopher Cone; her great-grandchildren, Tianna Harriman, Jacob Hamel, Natalie Hamel, Owen Hamel, Tyler Hamel, Elijah Hamel, Jazzlynn Hamel and Lillyana Hamel.

She was predeceased by her husband, Albert; her sister, Pauline; and her brother, Bert.
