Katelyn Nichols and
Ashley Byerwalters
NEW SHARON — Announcement is made of the engagement of Katelyn Nichols and Ashley Byerwalters, both of Alexandria, Va.
Ms. Nichols is the daughter of Lorna and Scott Nichols Sr. of New Sharon. She is a graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is continuing her education with the Community College of the Air Force. She is currently enlisted with the 109th SFS/Stratton ANG Base in New York. She is employed by G4S Secure Solutions in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Byerwalters is the daughter of Celeste and Michael Byerwalters Sr. of Coeymans Hollow, N.Y. She is a graduate of Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School and continued her education at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and Hudson Valley Community College in New York, receiving her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She is currently enlisted with the 109th SFS/Stratton ANG Base in New York. She is employed by the Pentagon Force Protection Agency as a federal police officer.
The wedding will be held on Aug. 31 at Paul Smith’s, New York.
