The workshop begins at 6 p.m. Regular meeting topics included changes at the Casella Solid Waste recycling facility, a development agreement with Argo Marketing, liquor licenses and changes to the fiscal year 2014 budget. The meeting begins at 7 p.m.

LEWISTON — Lewiston Appeals Board meeting at 6 p.m. in Lewiston City Hall. Topic is a resident’s request to build a four-story elevator and stair tower on property located at 143 Lincoln St.
