FARMINGTON — Police arrested a Strong man early Saturday morning after he apparently entered a Holley Road home to ask to use the phone, Farmington police Chief Jack Peck said.
Miguel Visuano, 28, faces charges of aggravated criminal trespass and domestic violence stalking after he walked into the residence, uninvited, about 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning. He asked to use the phone and called somebody to pick him up, Peck said.
The door was not locked but the charge was considered aggravated because of a past history of issues, including a pattern of stalking, Peck said.
Visuano was arrested by Farmington officer William Tanner and also placed on a probation hold.
Visuano was convicted of aggravated criminal threatening in October 2012, connected to the robbery of the Big Apple in Farmington in December 2010.
