Al Scheeren on fiddle and trombone from Stratton, and Kenny Cox on guitar and vocals from Greene, will perform as part of the Turner concert at the gazebo.
At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, the ongoing Music for Mavis concert series at the Turner community gazebo, Rt. 117, will present “Maine Musical Reunion” featuring musicians from near and far. Bring a chair, blanket and snack. Suggested $5 donations are accepted. The gazebo is on Rt. 117 across from the Turner Public Library. The Tuesday music evenings happen rain or shine and are held downstairs in the community room of the Institute Library. For more information, call 207-754-0954.
