1956 – 2013

AUBURN — Charles H. Collingwood, 56, of Lisbon Falls, passed away peacefully at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn on Tuesday, July 23.

He was born in Lewiston on Sept. 11, 1956, to Charles H. Collingwood Sr. and Norma L. Enman. Charles grew up in Buckfield and Sumner, and became a Jack-of-all-trades.

Charles worked as a truck driver for the past 35 years, and for the past 10 years owned and operated C and D Transport in Lisbon Falls.

He enjoyed his family, friends, camping, fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his partner of 12 years, Debbie LaGue, of Lisbon Falls; mother, Norma Collingwood of Auburn; sister, Lori and Tony Warren of Tennessee; sister, Rita Collingwood and Leonard of Auburn; daughters, Marcia Collingwood of Connecticut, and Crystal Collingwood of California; nephews, Joseph Collingwood of Ohio, and Brian Collingwood of Tennessee; niece, Bethany Brawn of Lewiston; grandchildren, Julie, Erque, Kathy, Derek, Damion, Cody, Eva and Rachel; and his best “cuz”, Butch.

He was predeceased by his father, Charles H. Collingwood Sr.
