AUBURN — Announcement is made of the engagement of Nicole Jennifer Bowden and Jay Pooler, both of Auburn.
The future bride is the daughter of Jack and Christine Silberman of Auburn. She is a 1990 graduate of Edward Little High School and took classes at the University of Southern Maine. She is employed at the Lamey-Wellehan office in Auburn as webmaster.
The future bridegroom is the son of John and Barbara Pooler of Old Orchard Beach. He is a 1994 graduate of South Portland High School and is employed at Lamey-Wellehan Shoes Warehouse in Lewiston as warehouse manager.
After a two-year engagement, the wedding will be held Sept. 14 at the Prospect Hill Golf Course, followed by a Caribbean cruise.
