AUBURN — Sarah Frye Home, 751 Washington St. North, welcomes Jennifer Bodger as the new administrator. She is a proven leader with an extensive background in the health-care industry, a passion for the elderly population and a strong work ethic.

Bodger started her health-care career as a certified nursing assistant while attending Edward Little High School. She obtained her medication technician certificate shortly after starting as a CNA. She continued studying while working at local nursing homes.

She graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelors degree in social and behavioral sciences. Most recently, she gained experience working in a multi-level continuum of care facility and within the home health industry. During that time, she worked closely with local skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities and hospitals.

Bodger is very involved in community activities. She has worked with a hospital board, conducted various trainings and has organized community events.

She lives in Auburn with her husband and their two children.
