Comedy Fix founder Mark Turcotte will host comedians Doug Collins, Bill Gray, Brett Groh, James Spizuoco, Jordan Handren-Seavey and Tuck Tucker.

Through six shows Comedy Fix has raised $6,485 for Maine charities. Previous beneficiaries include the Dempsey Center, the Maine chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Good Shepherd Food Bank, Advocates for Children, John F. Murphy Homes and Tree Street Youth.

The Dempsey Center is located in Lewiston and was founded by actor and Maine native Patrick Dempsey in response to his mother’s multiple bouts with ovarian cancer. The Center opened in 2008 and provides free support, education and integrative medicine services to anyone impacted by cancer.
