SOUTH PARIS — Rodney Warren Millett, longtime resident of South Paris, passed away unexpectedly on July 28 at his home.

He was born Jan. 16, 1953, in Norway, the son of Charles and Ida Marie Millett. Rod attended the University of Maine, where he received his bachelor degree in education. He then married his lifelong love, Kathleen, on June 5, 1976.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his son, Jedrek and his girlfriend, Olivia Ester; his daughter Janaya and her husband, Geoffrey Williams; his mother, Ida Marie; his sister, Linda and her husband, Earl Micklon; and many loving relatives.
