HARTFORD — Laurence and Jane Jordan of Hartford are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lori J. Jordan of Brunswick, to Nathaniel J. Poore of Brunswick, son of Jessie Poore and the late Paul Poore of Brunswick.
Miss Jordan is a graduate of Buckfield High School and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine at Fort Kent. She is employed at Merrymeeting Behavioral Health.
Mr. Poore is a graduate of Machias High School and received an associate degree in criminal justice from Andover College. He is employed by Security of Portland.
The wedding will be held on Sept. 14 at the Topsham Fairgrounds.
