LIVERMORE FALLS — Robert A. Burgess, 62, a resident of West Loop, Livermore Falls, died Friday, Aug. 9, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was born March 1, 1951, in Augusta, the son of Lorin Burgess and Elaine (White) Burgess. He attended school at Monmouth Academy. On Oct. 19, 1991, in Monmouth, he married Deb Pratt of Canton.

He worked as a drywall laborer for Better Homes in Winthrop and was a member of the Asylum No. 133 Masonic Lodge in Leeds.

Robert is survived by his wife, Deb Burgess of Livermore Falls; nine children, 25 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three brothers and four sisters.

He was predeceased by his son, Michael Burgess; and his brother, Lorin Dwane “Bub” Burgess.
