Rumford Seniors planning meal

RUMFORD —   Rumford Seniors, 50 Congress St., will have a luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, Aug 19. The menu will consist of meat loaf, mac and cheese, carrots, beverage and dessert.

Call or visit to sign up so the planners will know the count. The public is welcome. There will be a 50/50.

On Monday, Sept. 9, members will take a trip to Indian Head for a lobsterfest with Jose Duddy. Cost is $55. Those wishing to go should sign up by Friday, Aug. 30. The public is welcome.

Church to hold hymn sing

RUMFORD —   An old-fashioned hymn sing will take place at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, at the Rumford Point Church, Rumford Point. Refreshments will be served.

Sons of Italy to meet at hall

RUMFORD — The Sons of Italy will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at the hall. All members are invited.
