Celebration Barn presents, “What the Fool?!?” at 8 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 17. Drew Richardson (aka Drew the Dramatic Fool) returns to the Celebration Barn to perform his one-man show about a mild-mannered office worker who goes to the theater for the very first time—only to become the star attraction. Costarring the Celebration Barn itself, this theatrical tour de force incorporates magic, circus skills, silent film, and physical mishaps in a foolish fiasco that transforms our hero’s life—and hair—forever! The Charleston Gazette calls “What the Fool?!?” “The Best Theatrical Experience of the year!” and Richardson “a world-class visual comedian.” The Chicago reader proclaims: “He’s pushing the limits of contemporary clowning.” Doors open at 7:30. Tickets are $14 for adults, $12 for seniors, and $8 for students and children. Purchase tickets in advance by calling the Celebration Barn Theater’s box office at 2o7-743-8452. Celebration Barn Theater is located just off Route 117, at 190 Stock Farm Road, South Paris, Maine 04281. For more information, visit the theater’s website: www.CelebrationBarn.com.
