11th annual River Valley Chamber of Commerce/River Valley Rotary/Franklin Savings Bank Golf Tournament
This year there were 11 teams battling for the coveted prizes for the annual tourney. The sky was ominous and threatening but the players stayed dry and everyone had a great time.
Everyone enjoyed pulled pork for lunch as the prizes were awarded.
First place net went to the Irving Forest Products team.
First place gross went to the team representing Western Maine Financial Services.
The winning teams were awarded beautiful windbreakers designed by Jarato’s Screen Printing & Design and gift certificates from Oakdale Country Club.
Many door prizes were awarded to the players thanks to the generosity of those who donated prizes (listed on the program).
Many thanks go to the volunteers who help make the event possible and help it run smoothly.
Next year’s tournament will take place on Tuesday, July 8.
