* Joseph Allen Denbow Jr., 22, of Norway, two charges of failure to pay fines, 5:30 p.m. Aug. 13, in Paris by Paris Police Department.

* Robert Nelson Edwards, 34, of Waterford, two charges of failure to pay fines and failure to appear, 3:14 p.m., Aug. 13 in Waterford by Maine State Police.

* Jackson Velez, 19, of Rumford, robbery, 6:49 p.m. Aug. 13 in Rumford by Rumford Police Department.

* Rashaud D. Lavoie, 21, of Rumford, robbery, 8:30 p.m., Aug. 13 in Rumford by Rumford Police Department.
