FARMINGTON — Dr. Jennifer Zeliger will join the medical staff of Franklin Health Women’s Care on Sept. 5.
Zeliger recently completed a four-year obstetrics and gynecology residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland. Before that, she received her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. While there, she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and recipient of the Janke B. Mains Memorial Award for Outstanding Performance in Microstructure and Development.
Zeliger’s professional interests include vaginal surgery and urogynecology, the diagnosis and treatment of stress incontinence and female pelvic floor disorders. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association.
Zeliger recently moved to Farmington with her husband, David, and their two children.
Franklin Health Women’s Care offers a full range of women’s health services at its offices on the first floor of the Franklin Health Medical Arts Center, next to Franklin Memorial Hospital.
