LEWISTON —   Rev. Louis J. Fortier Council 106, Knights of Columbus, held a family supper during which scholarships and other awards were presented. Grand Knight Leo Baillargeon and Deputy Grand Knight Richard Mercier presented the awards at Holy Cross Church Hall.

The following scholarships were presented:

The Paul and Georgette Genest Scholarship went to Kelsey A. Dumond, daughter of Michael and Lisa Dumond. She graduated from Lewiston High School and will attend St. Joseph’s College in Standish.

Five Rev. Louis J. Fortier Council 106 Scholarship were presented. They were awarded as follows:

Erin R. LeBel, daughter of Andrew and Marcie Lebel, who graduated from Oak Hill High School and will attend Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pa.

Jordan M. Croteau, son of Bruce and Tina Croteau and a graduate of Oxford Hills High School. He will attend the University of Maine at Farmington.

Kristen A. Lavallee, daughter of James and Nancy Lavellee, graduated from the Model Secondary School for the Deaf in Washington, D.C., and will attend the National Technical Institute for the Deaf in Rochester, N.Y.

Michelle Sicotte, daughter of Don and Mary Sicotte, is a graduate of St. Dom’s Academy in Auburn and will attend the University of Maine at Farmington.

Roger P. Charest, son of Ernest and Claudette Charest, graduated from Edward Little High School and will attend the University of Southern Maine in Portland.

St. Dom’s Academy Scholarship were presented to Madison S. Jalbert, senior, and Camden J. Jalbert, freshman, this fall. They are the sons of Scott and Jody Jalbert.

Awards were presented to Collette Monument and Cote Crane for their dedication to Council 106.

Other awards presented were: Grand Knight Award, Robert Croteau; Knight of the Year, Charlie Lebrasseur; Family of the Year, Ivan and Linda Boudreau; and the Paul Marquis Award, Ronald Fournier.
