Supper, soup kitchen at Legion Post

DIXFIELD —  A supper to honor John Holmes will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at the American Legion Post 100, 18 River Lane.

A soup kitchen will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the third Friday of every month starting Sept. 20 at the post. Donations are welcome.
