RUMFORD — River Valley Rec Center will hold an End of Summer Paint Party/Dance from 8 to 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, for ages 13 to 19 only. Entertainment will be provided by DJ Bustin Justin. There will also be snacks and drinks for sale. Admission will be $10.

Movie Night on Aug. 2 was a success, with around 100 people in attendance. The center plans to hold another movie night next summer. Popcorn, cotton candy and drinks were sold.
