1942 – 2013
BOWDOINHAM — Frank C. Neiman III, 70, of Bowdoinham, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, at his home surrounded by his family following a courageous battle with lung cancer.
He was born on Nov. 2, 1942, in Bally, Pa., to Frank C. and Ardeth (Deturk) Neiman. After graduating high school he married Priscilla Thayer in 1964 and they later moved with their family to Bowdoinham in 1972.
An avid reader, woodcrafter and artist, Frank held many jobs, including medical supplies sales, management and woodcrafting.
He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his sons, Russ Neiman and wife, Diane, and Marc Neiman; and his grandchildren, Lillian E. Smith and Hayley O. Neiman.
He was predeceased by his wife; his son, Robbie, and his sister, Doris.
The family wishes to thank Carl Demars, MD and his nurse for the wonderful care they provided Frank; and to CHAN’s Hospice especially, Jean, Angel, Crystal and Jo.
