Teens who enrolled in the summer “Beneath the Surface” reading program at Norway Memorial Library read a combined 22,683 pages, wrote book reviews, participated in eight arts and crafts programs, game day and a creative writing workshop. Special recognition went to Autumn Bunnell, Jade Keene and Savannah Black, pictured from left, for qualifying to enter a Literary Scavenger Hunt in search of “buried treasure.” Here they are reading the first clue that eventually led them all over the library before they found a treasure chest of back to school supplies.
