LEWISTON —  The Pathway Vineyard Church, 12 Foss Road, is bringing to the Central Maine community the fourth annual Pathway Family Festival on Friday through Sunday, Sept. 13, 4=14 and 15.

Events will start at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, with games, featuring a rock climbing wall and giant inflatable rides. At 6:30 p.m. LA’s Rockin’ Recons will perform as Pathway kicks off a ’50s Sock Hop in grand style with hot rods, free root beer floats, roller skates and a dance floor. Pathway encourages everyone to dress up in ’50s style. Concessions will be available.

On Saturday, Sept. 14, the festival will offer a 5k race starting at 8:30 a.m., with proceeds being donated to local food pantries. Visit the church’s website at www.pathwayvineyard.com for more details.

The festival will continue at 4 p.m. with concessions and inflatables games, featuring an obstacle course, a gladiator joust, home run derby and a kiddie grand prix.

At 6 p.m. Pathway will hold a free concert with Portland-based band, the Guv’nors, playing ’60s classic rock. Pathway will offer a fireworks display at 8 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 15, will open at 10 a.m. with an outside worship celebration, followed by a free barbecue lunch and a jazz concert with local artists, a Moment’s Notice, horse and tractor rides and a petting zoo.

Pathway invites visitors to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
