Miller, an artist based in Augusta, will exhibit 15 years of turkey portraits. She has asked the public to help her artistically create 46 million turkeys representing the number of birds that will be consumed in the United States over the Thanksgiving holiday.

All of the turkeys submitted will be included in the week-long exhibition Nov. 25-30. Gallery visitors will have the opportunity to create their own turkeys during the exhibition.

The public is invited to meet the artist and witness the final turkey count at a closing reception from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30. The Harlow Gallery will be open special hours for this event including Thanksgiving.
