“This is very exciting for me,” said Jason Tardy co-owner of the Freeport Theater of Awesome. “Rick Charette is a legend to me. I remember him coming to my elementary school when I was a kid. I knew as soon as I opened the theater we would find a way to get him. I can’t wait to enjoy his fun, energetic music with my own kids.”

As a singer and songwriter, Charette has been capturing the hearts and spirits of young and old alike with his delightful and inspiring children’s songs. His performances blend original contemporary pop music and lyrics with imaginative activities that generate all kinds of audience participation.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for children 12 and under and children under 3 are free if seated on a parent’s lap. The ticket price at the door is $3 more than the advance ticket price. Tickets can be purchased online at www.AwesomeTheater.com.
