SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner, 50 Main St., has announced September events.

Friday through Sunday, Sept. 13-15: Maine Woodcarvers annual Camp & Carve Weekend.

Saturday, Sept. 14: Public bean-hole supper, 5:30 p.m.; $7/$20 family maximum.

Wednesday, Sept. 18: Senior Bingo and lunch at noon.

Saturday, Sept. 28: Annual Harvest Fest/Bake Sale and Barn Sale, special collection of blankets and winter clothing for Pine Ridge Reservation, S.D., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 28: Dedication of Sumner Food Bank at 10 a.m.
