CHILD — Elizabeth M., 99, died in Peru on Thursday, Sept. 5. Friends and family are invited to call at the MEADER & SON FUNERAL HOME, 3 Franklin St., Rumford, on Monday, Sept. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the Dickvale Cemetery in Peru. CYR — Roland C., 85, of Lewiston, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 4. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Monday, Sept. 9, at 9 a.m., at Holy Family Church. Committal with military honors to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roland’s memory to the Maine Veterans’ Home, Activity Fund, 477 High St., South Paris, ME 04281, which supported Roland and his family in his last illness. HARLOW — Myron “Bud,” 87, of Bryant Pond, died at his home on Thursday, Sept. 5. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 9, at the Fore Street Cemetery, Oxford, with the Rev. Leon Twitchell and the Rev. Richard Wright officiating. The family suggests memorials in Bud’s memory be sent to the Oxford Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Fore Street, Oxford. SCOTT — Sandra J., 63, of Rumford, died Tuesday, Sept. 3, in Lewiston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Parish of the Holy Savior. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery. If so desired, contributions in Sandra’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are under the care of S.G. STEARNS — Karen “DeeDee” Wonson, 60, of Auburn, died at home on Monday, Aug. 19. A celebration of life and memorial service will take place at the Park Avenue Elementary School, 161 Park Ave., Auburn, on Sunday, Sept. 8, at 2 p.m. Her family invites all who knew and loved her to attend and share in the celebration.
