Funeral services for Ida Ellen Davis, of Rumford, were conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at the MEADER & SON FUNERAL HOME, 3 Franklin Street, Rumford, Maine 04276, with Pastor Ira Hall officiating. Music selections included “Thank You,” Celebrate Me Home,” and “Welcome Home.” Special music “Beulah Land” was sung by Karolyne Sloma and “In The Garden” was lead by Pastor Ira Hall who sang along with all those in attendance. Words of remembrance were given by several family and friends. Pastor Ira conducted the committal services at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Andover and “Amazing Grace” was sung by her son and wife Lloyd and Tammy Davis. Pall bearers were Dakota and Drew Hutchins, Charles Whitney, Foster and Lloyd Davis, and Greg and Gary Peaslee. A reception followed at the Christian Education Building of the Andover Congregational Church inAndover.
