• Laurie A. Bertrand, 48, of Cornish, failure to appear, 10:40 a.m. Sept. 4 in Cumberland County Jail, Portland, by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office. 

• Brent A. Westberry, 28, of Norway, failure to pay fines, 2:40 p.m. Sept. 4 in Norway by Norway Police Department.

• Joshua David Westberry, 28, of Norway, failure to pay fines, 3:38 p.m. Sept. 4 in Norway by Norway Police Department. 

• Cody A. Parsons, 19, of Lewiston, violation of bail conditions, 8:18 p.m. Sept. 4 at Androscoggin County Jail, Auburn, by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office. 

• Raymond A. Robblee, 48, of Conway, N.H., gross sexual assault, 2 p.m. Sept. 5 in Conway, N.H., by Fryeburg Police Department.
