NEW GLOUCESTER – The New England office of Burns & McDonnell has hired Kevin O’Hara as senior information specialist.

O’Hara joins the firm’s Business and Technology Services group. He will be working on several mega-scale projects through the Northeast for the company, including the Maine Power Reliability Program where Burns & McDonnell serves as program manager.

O’Hara brings more than 25 years of diverse business and technical experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation and management of information systems.

Previously, O’Hara was owner of TimePiece Project Solutions LLC, where he provided consulting and system services primarily to the construction industry.  Prior to owning his own company, O’Hara worked for Primavera Systems Inc. for nine years.

Burns & McDonnell, an engineering, architecture and construction management firm, was recently named for the second consecutive year by Fortune magazine as one of America’s “100 Best Companies to Work For.”

O’Hara, a resident of Moultonborough, N.H., holds a bachelor of science degree in management information systems from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
