1975 – 2013

LISBON — Laurie A. Harrington, 38, a resident of Lisbon, died Sunday, Sept. 15, at her home, after a short illness.

She was born in Lewiston on May 9, 1975, the daughter of Duane and Katherine Burgess Harrington. Laurie graduated from Monmouth Academy in 1993. She enjoyed the Social Learning Center in Lewiston.

Laurie had the biggest and kindest heart, and always had a big smile. Her closest friend was her little dog, Maddie. Laurie enjoyed watching wrestling and football, and enjoyed many other TV shows.

She is survived by her parents, Duane and Katherine Harrington of Monmouth; two sisters, Melissa Cameron of Monmouth and Nicole Harrington of Auburn; a brother, Duane Harrington of Bath; her dog, Maddie; four nieces, Moesha Harrington of Wilton, Mikayla and Breeanna Cameron of Monmouth and Annabeth Harrington of Arkansas; two nephews, Max Robitaille of Turner and Parker Robitaille of Auburn; her best friend, Gerri Dunn of Auburn; and very close friends and like second mothers to Laurie, Mary Lewis, Reiner Lessard and Joyce Moreau.
