SAYRE, PA. — Stanley J. Lukaszewicz II, 66, of Pennsylvania, died Sunday, Sept. 15. Born in San Francisco on Nov. 17, 1946, a son of the late Stanley and Neva Puckett Lukaszewicz. He was self-employed in several businesses. He is survived by six children; four grandchildren; three sisters;his uncle, Frank; and his aunt, Lucy Lukaszewicz of Lewiston.
