Bulldogs have the healthy swagger that comes from knowing they might flaunt the deepest and most talented offense in Class A.

If there is a football program in Maine happier than the Rams with where they fit into the new puzzle, we’d like to meet them.

“Only” 196 yards and three touchdowns through the air for Ben Lucas in a 31-12 win at Skowhegan.

Hawks put up 40 on the road against a very good Messalonskee team. We can only hope they exercise charity against Gorham.

9. South Portland (4-1)

Short road trip to Scarborough won’t be an easy one for the Riots, but it’s a big one if they want that first-round playoff bye.

Hornets aim to stay sharp and healthy for Wells-Spruce Mountain finishing kick.
