1934 – 2013
AUBURN — Betty M. Ferguson, 79, a lifelong resident of Rangeley, died early Monday afternoon, Oct. 14, at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn, with her daughter by her side.
She was born on May 1, 1934, in Rangeley, a daughter of, Edwin and Velma (Tomlinson) Myshrall.
In 1949 Betty married William Ferguson in Rangeley. She worked at local companies over the years, including Rangeley Cleaners, Franklin Savings Bank and most recently, Video Habits.
She was an avid reader and loved the company of her family and friends.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Daphne Millbury and her husband, Scott, of Rangeley and their daughter, Maxie.
She was predeceased by her husband, Bill; five siblings, Douglas Myshrall, Edwina Green, Elayne Field, Janet Wing and Madeliane York; and two grandsons, Bruce Allen and Chuck William Collins.
