LIVERMORE FALLS — Two people are accused of setting up house in an abandoned building on Gagnon Street without permission.

The owner of the building reported seeing lights on, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Wednesday. Police went to the building at about 9:30 p.m. and found Robert Silver, 27, of Livermore Falls and Kelsey Stevens, 19, of Biddeford living there, he said.

They were each charged with a count of misdemeanor criminal trespassing.

They were released Wednesday on personal recognizance bail from the Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn, a corrections officer said.

The case remains under investigation, Steward said.
