Greater Purpose celebrates Christ’s life through song. Their songs are scriptural but are written based on the members’ lives, are from the heart and are meant to minister to others, both believers and non-believers. The heartfelt words, catchy melodies, and powerful, pristine lead vocals along with the supporting harmonies, acoustic guitars and keyboards are sure to touch your very soul. The band’s members include Cathi Burke, Craig Hutchinson, Louise McCleery and Alan Hutchinson.
The concert will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at the church on the Howes Corner Road (Rt. 219) in North Turner. Goodwill donations will be taken at the door. Proceeds from the concert will go to the church’s operational budget and various outreach programs including the Community Clothing Center, the Turner Food Bank and heating assistance program.
