LIVERMORE FALLS — A third person has been charged with trespassing at a vacant building on Gagnon Street.

The building owner reported a bicycle at the property on Friday night and police officer Devon Bohacik and Jay police found Tyler Thomas Cartwright, 20, of Lewiston and a girl younger than 18 on the second floor, police Chief Ernest Steward Sr. said Monday.

Cartwright was arrested on misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass and violation of condition of release, he said. He remained in Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn at noon Monday on $210 bail, a corrections officer said. Cartwright is scheduled to appear Nov. 13 in 8th District Court in Lewiston.

The girl was released to her parents, Steward said. Any charges against her would need to be done through a juvenile case worker, he said.

It was the second time within a week that the owner requested police go to the building when a light was seen in the building. Robert Silver, 27, of Livermore Falls and Kelsey Stevens, 19, of Biddeford were accused of living there and were each arrested on a misdemeanor criminal trespass charge, police previously said.
