NORWAY — A Halloween open house for trick-or-treaters will take place from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at Anderson-Staples American Legion, 169 King St. There will be candy, surprises and special items.

On Friday, Nov. 1, a Halloween teen/preteen dance will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for grades four through eight. There will be door prizes and prizes for best costume.

Chaperones will be there, and light refreshments will be available.

The Sons of the American Legion will host an early Christmas craft and vendor show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Oxford Elementary School cafeteria.
