PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — Rolande (Bilodeau) Phillips, 69, of North Hampton, N.H., died Sunday, Oct. 27.

Born in Lewiston, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Muriel (Dulac) Bilodeau and was a longtime resident of the New Hampshire seacoast.

Survivors include her daughter, Carrie Eldridge of Somersworth, N.H.; and nine brothers and sisters.
