AUBURN — Skelton, Taintor & Abbott announces that distinguished family law attorney Sarah C. Mitchell has rejoined the firm as a shareholder.
Mitchell represents family law clients throughout southern, central and midcoast Maine. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys and is a member of the Androscoggin County Bar Association, the Women’s Law Section and Family Law Section of the Maine Bar Association. She serves on the board of directors of the Maine Bar Foundation and is a Maine Bar Fellow.
Mitchell received her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law with honors in trial advocacy. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston University and began her law school career at Suffolk University Law School in Boston before relocating to Maine.
Skelton Taintor & Abbott has been serving individuals and businesses in litigation and general representation throughout northern New England for more than 150 years.
