GOLD BEACH, Ore. — Steven Franklin Bell, 63, of Mexico, passed away in Gold Beach, Ore., on Monday, Nov. 4.

Steven moved to the area to become the primary caregiver of his ailing parents. He was the founder of GRAMPS Free Community Lunch and worked at various charitable causes in the community.

He is survived by numerous family members and friends who will greatly miss his presence.
