FARMINGTON — The UMF Concert Band, composed of UMF students and community members from Farmington and the surrounding region, will present its annual fall concert under the direction of Anita Jerosch at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 14, in Nordica Auditorium in UMF’s Merrill Hall.
The program will include Ravel’s “Pavane for a Dead Princess” and music from “Fiddler on the Roof,” “West Side Story,” “Oklahoma” and “Somewhere in Time.”
A versatile bass trombonist and euphonium player, this will be Jerosch’s farewell concert with the UMF Concert Band, which she has conducted since 2005.
Admission to the concert is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and free for children and UMF students with I.D.
