STONEHAM — Jane C. Moore, 71, of Stoneham, died Friday, Nov. 8, at her home.

She was born in Lewiston on June 15, 1942, the daughter of Henry and Catherine Carr Getchell. She graduated from Norway High School and had been employed at Wilner Wood Products. Later, she became a caregiver for Medical Care Development.

She was a cat lover. She enjoyed reading, going for walks in the woods, outdoor life and canoeing.

She is survived by the love of her life, George Allen, of Stoneham; two daughters, Gail Morang and her husband, Clayton, of South Paris and Lynn Wiles and her husband, Randy, of Oxford; four grandchildren, Cory and Joshua Morang, Tania Wiles and Katrina; five great-grandchildren, Caleb, Cody, Katie, Mikey and Owen; and George’s son, Dana Allen and his wife, Beth, of Wilton and their children, Kaleb and Jacob.
