DIXFIELD — The Board of Selectmen will continue discussion of the town maintenance garage at its meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
At its Nov. 4 meeting, Town Manager Linda Pagels-Wentworth said she visited the garage with Code Enforcement Officer Calvin Beaumier and found significant damage, including condensation in the insulation, erosion near the roof and bolts in disrepair.
Pagels-Wentworth said she called engineer Al Hodsdon of A.E. Hodsdon Engineers in Waterville, along with a representative from the Sheridan Corp., a construction firm with offices in Portland and Fairfield. She asked them to inspect the building and determine how to address the situation.
The board will also hear updates from the Public Works and Fire departments.
