NORWAY — Jean C. Averill, 73, of Norway, died Saturday, Nov. 9 at Norway Center for Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born in Portland on Dec. 23, 1939, the daughter of Ornsville and Cleona Russell Averill. She attended the Progress Center in Norway.

She is survived by her sister, Brenda Kennard and her husband, Raymond, of South Paris; a niece; a nephew; and several great-nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents.
