BERGERON — Emeril L., 93, formerly of Lewiston and Cornwall, Ontario, died Sunday, Nov. 24. A Mass of Christian Burial honoring Emeril’s life will be celebrated SATURDAY, Nov. 30, at 1 p.m. at Holy Cross Church. Committal prayers to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, concluding with military honors. BROWN — Leighton, 84, of Freeport, died Thursday, Nov. 21. Burial will be held in the spring.

DRUMM — Emma L., 82, of Poland, died Saturday, Nov. 23. Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 29, at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Street Baptist Church, Mechanic Falls, with interment in Highland Cemetery, West Poland. FERLAND — Gabrielle, 76, of Lewiston, died on Monday, Nov. 25. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 30, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., with a celebration of Gabrielle’s life starting at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapman Room at Gracelawn Memorial Park, Auburn. KOOB — JoAnne Conner of Oquossoc died Friday, Nov. 22. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, with the Rev. Paul Plante officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Rangeley at a date and time to be announced. Donations in JoAnne’s name may be made to Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, P.O. PONTBRIAND — Edwina D., 89, of Auburn, died Saturday, Nov. 23. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Fortin Auburn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, at Sacred Heart Parish. Committal will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. ST. LAURENT — Richard “Dick” Napoleon and Patricia “Pat” Monique Saindon, of Winthrop, recently passed away unexpectedly. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a memorial fund set up in Dick and Pat’s name at any Key Bank. Donations will be dispersed to the Winthrop Food Pantry and a memorial stone will be erected in their honor. A gathering will be held on Friday, Dec. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Winthrop American Legion Hall for all who would like to celebrate Dick and Pat’s life with the family.
