PERU — Bud and Ronda Brown of Peru are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Summer Patricia Brown of Manchester, to Michael Grenier of Manchester, son of Daniel and the late Carol Grenier of Rumford.
The future bride is a 2001 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Southern Maine, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and a minor in biology. She is currently employed as a clinical research coordinator RN at Maine Research Associates.
The future bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and management information systems. He is currently employed as district examiner for the National Credit Union Administration.
The wedding is planned for May 31 in Winthrop.
