1958 – 2013

AUBURN —Debra J. Russell, 55, of Auburn, died Thursday, Dec. 5, at Bolster Heights after a long illness.

She was born in Lewiston on Sept. 5, 1958, a daughter of the late Reuben and Jane (Berube) Verrill. She was educated in local schools and graduated from Lewiston High School, Class of 1976.

Debra attended Pathway Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church in Lewiston. She enjoyed ballroom dancing, going Down East to vacation on the back of her husband Roger’s motorcycle, hiking and cliff climbing.

She leaves her husband of 30 years, Roger Russell of Casco; a son, Timothy Batten Jr. of Texas; a sister, Bobbi Peckham of Belmont; and two brothers, Michael Verrill of Auburn and Mark Verrill and wife, Tanya, of Auburn.
