LEWISTON — Russell Park Rehab and Living Center, a North Country Associates facility at 158 Russell St., announces that Kim Dufour was selected as its director of nursing services for 2013.

Dufour has been a registered nurse for 14 years. She graduated from the Northern Maine Technical College in Presque Isle in 1999. She has worked for North Country Associates since 2005.

Under her leadership, Russell Park has received a 2013 Quality Initiative Recognition Achievement award from the American Health Care Association.

Dufour is a Maine native who resides in Winthrop with her husband and their son.
