LIVERMORE FALLS — The annual Free Community Christmas Dinner will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Christmas Day at the American Legion Post Hall on Reynolds Avenue.

In order to make planning easier, those who wish to attend are asked to call Karen at 897-3593. Delivery in the local area is also available.

The group relies on donations and volunteers to be able to hold this meal and is looking for volunteers who would like to cook or make a donation to support the dinner.

Bakers are needed to make about 15 pies, and also 16 or more batches of cookies. Organizers like to send each person home with an assortment of cookies as a gift. Also needed are turkeys, hams, potatoes, vegetables, stuffing mixes, cranberry jelly and 10-12 dozen rolls.
